What are the program hours?

Before school opens at 7:00 a.m. and after school closes at 6:00p.m.

What is the staff to student ratio?

Just for Kids maintains a ratio of 1 staff member to every 10 children for students younger than age 10, and 1:12 for our older students.

Will there be a snack or meal?

Just for Kids will provide a cold breakfast daily with milk before school and a healthy afternoon snack after school.

When is each payment due?

Tuition is due in advance, and must be received by the 15th of each month. Payment will not be accepted at site locations.

You can pay by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. If paying by check or money order, mail payments to: Just for Kids, 6265 Sheridan Drive, Suite 106, Williamsville, NY 14221. If paying by credit card, we can automatically deduct your monthly charge.

Will the program still run on Superintendant Conference Days and Holidays?

Just for Kids will not open when the school buildings are closed, which includes holidays, snow days, and Superintendant's Conference Days. If your child is scheduled to attend the After School Program on a Parent/Teacher conference day, the program beginning at 10:30am. There will be no additional charge for full day attendance, unless there is an activity or transportation fee for participation in a special activity or field trip.

What do I do if my child is sick from school?

Please report your child's absence from the program to the Just for Kids site manager (see "Registration" page) by 11:00a.m. (by 9:30 a.m. on early dismissal days).

Can I change the days my child will attend during the school year?

Yes, if you would like to change your child's attendance level at Just for Kids, please call the office at least one week in advance so that a new Registration Agreement can be drafted to reflect the change. If the change is temporary, and your request can be accommodated while allowing the program to maintain NYSOCFS compliance with respect to license capacity and staff to child ration, you make the arrangements at least one week in advance directly with the Site Manager.

What types of discounts are available?

There is a 5% discount if you pay for all 10 months in full.
Sibling Discount: 15% discount for a 2nd child; a 10% discount for a 3rd sibling.
There is a 25% discount on your rates for December and April. For example, if you typically pay $106.00 per month, you would pay $79.50 during these months.
